The Company gathers the following information (collectively, “Personal Information”):

Social Media. When you share or recommend any Company content to your Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, or other social media profile, that action is governed by the privacy policy of the applicable social media platform. In addition, the Company may collect your Personal Information via social media platforms.
Public Activities. We may track and aggregate your public activities on the Services and on the Website. By choosing to participate in public activities you are electing to share and display such public activities via the Services and/or the Website. Also, public activities may be included in RSS feeds, APIs, and made available to other websites via other formats. As a result, your public activities may appear on other websites, blogs, or feeds. We use the Personal Information we gather about you to enable your use of the Services and the Website, and to fulfill your requests for certain products and Services, including by sending your Personal Information to third-party subscription providers and payment processors (such as Memberstack, Stripe and Mailchimp, and any successor provider).

Such information will be accessed only by employees and independent contractors of the Company on an as-needed basis, each of whom will be bound by confidentiality obligations to the Company.

If you use the Services and/or the Website, we will not sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your e-mail address or any Personal Information without your permission, unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, provided that nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to restrict the use of aggregated or de-identified information in any way, whether by the Company or any of its service providers. These service providers include Memberstack, Mailchimp, Stripe, communications vendors, analytics providers, website providers, marketing providers, analytics platform providers.
